You’ll be staying in a spacious, premium suite at Margaritaville Resort South Lake Tahoe – perfectly positioned in South Lake Tahoe. Each suite features separate living areas, luxurious bathrooms and either lake or mountain views. You’ll also have access to resort amenities including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and multiple dining and bar options. This is stylish mountain comfort with a relaxed island twist.

Après in Tahoe is a vibe – and we know where to find the best of it. From sunset drinks by the fire at Margaritaville to live music in the village or local brews at laid-back bars, our après meetups are casual, social and always a good time. You’ll quickly feel part of the group.

This is your Lake Tahoe ski holiday, so ski hard or take it easy — it’s entirely up to you. Sleep in, go for a lakeside stroll, grab a coffee in town or unwind at the resort. And if you feel like catching up with the crew for lunch on the hill, our WhatsApp group will keep you in the loop.
Epic Pass
Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood are all part of the Epic Pass* network, so if you already have a valid Epic Pass, you’re good to go and you don’t need an additional lift ticket. Because so many of our guests already hold Epic Passes, lift tickets are not included in the advertised trip price. If you don’t have an Epic Pass and need to purchase lift tickets for your trip, contact us and we’ll provide the best options and pricing.
*The only blackout date for 2026 Australian Epic Pass holders during this trip is March 20, 2027 – on this day, the pass will not be valid at Heavenly, Northstar or Kirkwood.

After arriving into South Lake Tahoe, it’s time to settle in, unwind and start soaking up the incredible alpine atmosphere that makes this place so special. Snow covered mountains, crisp mountain air and the energy of a true ski town instantly set the tone for your Lake Tahoe ski holiday.
Once everyone has arrived and settled into Margaritaville Resort, we’ll come together for welcome drinks and dinner to officially kick off the tour. It’s a relaxed and fun first evening where guests can meet the group, share a few stories, and start building the excitement for the days ahead.
Over the next ten nights, we’ll explore some of the best skiing in Lake Tahoe, enjoy great mountain restaurants, experience the unique après scene and make the most of everything this incredible region has to offer. The first night is all about settling in, relaxing after the journey and looking ahead to an unforgettable ski holiday with a fantastic group of people.

With another full day on the mountain ahead of us, there is plenty more terrain to explore at Heavenly Mountain Resort. From hidden tree runs and quiet stashes of fresh snow to long cruising groomers you may have overlooked earlier in the week, Heavenly always seems to reveal something new each day on the mountain.
Later in the afternoon, we’ll ease into a relaxed après session at one of our favourite local spots away from the main crowds. Great atmosphere, good music, plenty of laughs and a few well earned drinks are the perfect way to finish another memorable ski day.
By this stage of the tour, the group has usually found its rhythm both on and off the mountain. Friendships have formed, confidence on the slopes has grown and the whole experience starts to feel less like a holiday and more like being part of an incredible mountain lifestyle. These shared ski days and relaxed afternoons are often the moments guests remember long after the trip is over.

Departures will take place throughout the day depending on individual flight schedules, with guests heading home after an unforgettable journey filled with great skiing, incredible scenery and new friendships.
