From wide-open groomers and tree runs to incredible lake views from the summit, the terrain offers something for everyone. Whether you’re chasing soft snow in the trees, cruising down scenic trails, or just taking it all in at your own pace, the mountain is yours to enjoy.
Accommodation
You’ll be staying in a spacious, premium suite at Margaritaville Resort South Lake Tahoe – perfectly positioned in South Lake Tahoe. Each suite features separate living areas, luxurious bathrooms and either lake or mountain views. You’ll also have access to resort amenities including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and multiple dining and bar options. This is stylish mountain comfort with a relaxed island twist.

Après in Tahoe is a vibe – and we know where to find the best of it. From sunset drinks by the fire at Margaritaville to live music in the village or local brews at laid-back bars, our après meetups are casual, social and always a good time. You’ll quickly feel part of the group.
Free Days
This is your holiday, so ski hard or take it easy — it’s entirely up to you. Sleep in, go for a lakeside stroll, grab a coffee in town or unwind at the resort. And if you feel like catching up with the crew for lunch on the hill, our WhatsApp group will keep you in the loop.
Epic Pass
Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood are all part of the Epic Pass* network, so if you already have a valid Epic Pass, you’re good to go and you don’t need an additional lift ticket. Because so many of our guests already hold Epic Passes, lift tickets are not included in the advertised trip price. If you don’t have an Epic Pass and need to purchase lift tickets for your trip, contact us and we’ll provide the best options and pricing.
*The only blackout date for 2025 Australian Epic Pass holders during this trip is March 14, 2026 – on this day, the pass will not be valid at Heavenly, Northstar or Kirkwood.

Day 1
welcome to lake tahoe
Arrive, settle in, and soak up the alpine vibes. Subject to flight times, we’ll kick things off with welcome drinks and dinner at Margaritaville Resort. It’s the perfect way to meet the crew and start building the anticipation for what’s to come.

gondola views & mountain vibes
Fuel up with breakfast before we stroll to the Heavenly Gondola and into the heart of the village. From there, we head up for our on-mountain orientation and explore the California side of the resort. Expect jaw-dropping views and a delicious lunch at Tamarack Lodge to round out a brilliant first day on the snow.

Day 3
Nevada Bound
Today we cross over to the Nevada side. After breakfast, our shuttle takes us to explore new terrain, new vistas, and a different vibe. You’ll start getting a feel for how big and varied Heavenly really is. Lunch at East Peak Lodge seals the deal.

Day 4
Follow The Snow
No set plan today – just great skiing and spontaneous adventure. Will we chase the powder into the trees? Or carve morning corduroy back on the California side? We’ll decide over breakfast and keep everyone in the loop via our WhatsApp group, so you can ski your own pace but still find the fun.

Northstar adventure
Let’s shake things up. Those keen to venture further can join the optional day trip to Northstar — included on your lift pass! While there’s an extra cost for the shuttle, the panoramic lake views and new terrain are worth every cent. Tonight we hit the town for après drinks and live music. Tomorrow, Epic pass holders get a sleep-in!

SLOW IT DOWN OR TURN IT UP
No alarms today. Sleep in, enjoy a long lakeside breakfast, or take a walk around the shoreline. If you’re still craving adventure, maybe a snowmobile tour or a little shopping is on the cards. Today is all about recharging in your own way.

OFF THE BEATEN PATH
The weekend crowd is still around, but we know where to go. Today’s all about ducking off the beaten path – finding quiet corners of the mountain, sneaky tree runs, and maybe even a few secret stashes the locals would rather keep to themselves. With fresh legs after yesterday’s recharge, it’s the perfect time to venture further, ski longer, and make the most of what Heavenly has to offer.

Secret Stashes
With another full day up our sleeve, we head back up the mountain to hunt for untouched lines, little-known tree runs, and maybe even some groomers you’ve somehow missed. In the afternoon, we’ll wrap up with a relaxed après at a tucked-away local favourite – no crowds, just great vibes and a few well-earned drinks.

Kirkwood DAY TRIP
If your legs still have fuel, we’ve saved a big one for now: Kirkwood. This hidden gem offers a totally different feel – wild, dramatic, and a bit more rugged. Known for steeps and powder, it’s perfect for those chasing a bit of extra adventure. Shuttle available (additional cost), and worth every minute of the trip.

Final Turns
Our last day on the mountain — and we’re going out in style. Whether you’re chasing one more powder stash, cruising your favourite groomers, or simply soaking up the views from the top, today is all about finishing strong. No pressure, no rush — just a full day of skiing with good people in a truly stunning place. We’ll meet for one final on-mountain lunch and finish the day with a closing après session to relive the week’s best moments.

Time to wind down, reflect, and savour the last few moments. Maybe one last lakeside walk, a café brunch with the group, or a final soak in the hot tub. Departures will roll out depending on flight times, but no goodbyes – just “see you next season.”
