SKI ASPEN 2026 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All guests must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended date of return. Some travellers may also require a visa to enter the United States of America or to re-enter Australia. It is the responsibility of each guest to verify their visa requirements prior to booking. Failure to obtain appropriate documentation may result in denied entry to the United States, for which Ski Aspen accepts no responsibility.

For travel to or through the United States, all guests must register with the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) under the Visa Waiver Program. This is a mandatory requirement and there is a processing fee payable at the time of application. Please visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov for more information and to apply.

2. HEALTH AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

All participants must be in good physical and mental health. You are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation in this tour. Skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky activities. While Ski Aspen will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, we do not accept liability for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or medical emergencies that may occur during your holiday. You are encouraged to seek medical advice prior to travel if unsure about your suitability for this type of physical activity.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include specific cover for skiing and snowboarding. It is advised that you purchase travel insurance at the time of paying your Ski Aspen Tour deposit to ensure protection against unforeseen events such as having to cancel your holiday due to injury or a medical condition. It is your responsibility to review the terms of your policy to confirm that it provides adequate coverage.

4. TOUR INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The advertised price covers land content in Aspen only. This includes accommodation, selected transfers within Aspen, lift tickets and scheduled activities as outlined in your booking confirmation.

The tour price does not include any of the following:

  • International or domestic airfares
  • Passport or visa costs
  • Airport taxes and airline-imposed charges
  • Excess baggage fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Meals, unless otherwise specified
  • Equipment hire unless included in your selected package
  • Entertainment, activities not listed in the itinerary, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, and personal spending Guests are solely responsible for their own baggage throughout the duration of the tour. Ski Aspen accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS To secure your place on the Ski Aspen 2026 tour, a deposit is required as follows:
  • USD 2,000 for the 15-night tour when booking via direct form submission
  • AUD 3,000 plus applicable credit card fees (1.5%) when booking via the Ski Aspen website. All bookings are subject to availability. If your preferred tour date is unavailable, your deposit will be refunded in full. Ski Aspen reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the published tour start date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

6. AIRFARES AND FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

Ski Aspen operates as a land-based tour provider and is not a registered travel agency. We do not arrange or sell flights. Guests must book their own flights through a licensed travel agent or reputable booking platform.

Ski Aspen accepts no responsibility for changes or disruptions to your travel plans due to flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, industrial action, inclement weather, acts of war, pandemics, or other events outside our control. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such disruptions are the responsibility of the traveller.

7. AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible and may incur an administrative fee. Requests for amendments must be submitted in writing and will be subject to availability.

Ski Aspen does not offer refunds for unused services, including lift passes, activities, or accommodation. This applies in cases of personal choice, illness, or injury.

In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start of the tour will incur a cancellation fee of USD $1,000

• Cancellations within 90 days of the departure date may be subject to charges up to the full value of the tour, depending on the terms imposed by our accommodation and service providers

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the same currency and method used for payment. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. PRICE FLUCTUATIONS AND PAYMENT CURRENCY

If booking via the Ski Aspen website and paying in Australian dollars, the final price of your tour may be subject to change due to fluctuations in the AUD to USD exchange rate. You will be informed of the current exchange rate at the time of booking and prior to paying your final balance.

If you choose to pay via Forex Worldwide in United States dollars, your quoted price will remain fixed and not be affected by exchange rate movements.

9. ARRIVAL IN ASPEN AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION

It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they arrive in Aspen on or before the advertised tour commencement date. Ski Aspen does not cover any ground transportation costs incurred due to delayed or cancelled flights, missed connections, or other travel disruptions.

Ski Aspen is not liable for any accommodation, transport, or personal costs incurred as a result of a guest arriving late or departing early from the tour.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Ski Aspen reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others, without entitlement to a refund.

You agree to follow the instructions of Ski Aspen staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from certain activities or from the remainder of the tour.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ski Aspen, its employees, representatives, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses incurred by any guest arising out of or in connection with participation in this tour.

Guests participate at their own risk and are strongly advised to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their own health, safety, and belongings.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By paying your Ski Aspen 2026 deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the most recent version prior to booking.
