For two decades, Ski Aspen has been offering 15 night packages only. But for the 16/17 winter, we’ve grabbed the status quo, given it a good shaking and formed an entirely new range of packages – each offering something new and exciting – starting with 10 nights in Aspen.
Why choose 10 nights in Aspen?
You know, it’s no secret that we’re an Aspen only holiday provider. Up until now, if you didn’t want to go to Aspen for 15 nights, then you weren’t going to get the Ski Aspen experience that sets us apart from the rest.
So Ski Aspen’s Nick Farr and Paul Smythe set a tall order about 18 months ago: revolutionise ski packages. Sounds crazy right? Well being bold in order to offer something completely unique was a challenge they both accepted.
Firstly… and most importantly: Aspen is famous as the winter playground for the rich and famous. And because of this it has a reputation as super exclusive and expensive. Ski Aspen is trying to show the rest of the ski world that the most important thing about Aspen is the incredible skiing, the endless terrain and that it can actually be really affordable.
Secondly: we wanted to reach those who want to ski in Aspen but don’t have 15 nights to do it.
The answer – create a shorter package with as much value associated with it as our 15 night benchmark packages.
You’ll get 10 nights in Aspen (11 days including arrival and departure days). It was important to build in our renowned ski program – so you’ll get 6 full days on-snow with our formidable instructing and guiding team. Group sizes are capped at a maximum of 6 – but often are just 4-5 people per group. You can literally expect to take your skiing up a gear, or simply enjoy being guided around Aspen’s FOUR mountains. The choice is yours.
More accommodation options – and thanks to our long time partners Frias properties of Aspen, we’ve done just that. From base, mid to lux property options, our goal was to create a very affordable range of accommodation, continue with our usual deluxe condos and also offer a superior range too. Again, the choice is yours.
Did someone say après? If you’ve been to Aspen with us before, you know that we offer the most social ski trips on the market, with many après events included – that’s free drinks and food! Our 10 night packages have 4 official après events to get you out and about once the lifts have closed for the day. Be as social as you like or take it easy back at the condo.
